Hey Scribs are you guys under a comic company cause I'm always looking around to help up and coming books. I know publishing companies and distribution. As a matter of fact we have a new distributor getting their start here in Houston. Oh dude I'm always looking to keep in touch with new Black Artist too so if you ever need a writer for a book hollar at me. Cause I'm looking for someone to write on a Black Dynamite frank miller book for me.
we hadn't really looked into publishing at this time. we're a two man crew and had planned to release it as a web comic and charging a dollar a month to get the latest issue. we chose to do it that way because theres less restrictions, less cost, work at our own pace, plus whatever we make we split 50/50 no extra cost except for supplies. we had planned on trying to get some publishing done once we got a pretty good fan-base under our feet. pluse we're still in the trial and error phase of everything, we don't have anything ready to send to a publisher just yet. but thanks for asking. what's the deal with Black Dynamite/frank miller book your talking about?
Well WHEN YOUR READY TO PUBLISH HIT ME UP i GOT A HELLUVA DEAL AND SOME TIGHT INFO TO GIVE YOU. i'M LOOKING AROUND FOR ARTIST TO DO A LIKE A FRANK MILLER TYPE BOOK. aLL i REALLY NEED IS A PENCILER FOR THE PROJECT i'VE GOT ONE OF THE COOLEST INKERS ALREADY.
I'm loving the epic poetic style you've got going on here, very fitting for the subject material ^^. Personally, though, I think the poem lends itself to having a few question marks at the end of some of the lines rather than commas; there's some definite questions being asked, even if rhetorical, and the comma confused me a little about how I should read it.
No! Rodrick Thornton is the artist. We colab on it. I'm the writer for that comic book company. I'll send you a pic for my new book soon.
I only did the poetry. You know that's my thing, but he wouldn't have let anyone else write for those pics. I think he trusts my skill.
